University e-waste collection: Future Environmental Leaders Pitch in For Progress

The Electronic Recycling Association is pleased to announce our first university e-waste collection of 2015, happening this month.

Working with the Student's Association of Mount Royal University and the Leaders for Environmental Awareness and Protection (LEAP) club, the ERA will host a week-long event at the University. During this event, the ERA will have key staff on hand to answer questions about e-waste while providing a convenient drop off location for students and faculty to safely dispose of unwanted electronic gadgets.

ERA is committed to raising awareness about e-waste, and we believe a great place to start is with our future environmental leaders. We offer universities our collection services at no cost, and will provide event collateral, collection receptacles, professional data wiping and collection of all equipment collected, and staffing for the duration of the collection. Hosting a university e-waste collection is a great way to get your peers involved in the green movement while also supporting a great cause.
